Job Description:
KPS Construction is seeking a professional and energetic Male Sales Executive with solid experience in the real estate sector. The candidate should be confident, target-driven, and capable of handling customers independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend and manage customer inquiries (phone & walk-in)
- Present and explain project details to clients
- Conduct site visits and convert leads into bookings
- Maintain follow-ups and build strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain sales reports and documentation
Requirements:
- Male candidate with 2–3 years of real estate sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to handle site visits confidently
- Strong follow-up ability and customer handling skills
- Basic computer proficiency
