Job Profile: Sales Executive – Automobile Industry

Overview:
The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in promoting and selling vehicles to potential customers. The position involves understanding customer requirements, demonstrating vehicle features, negotiating deals, managing documentation, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. The role also requires maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving monthly sales targets.

Core Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement:

  • Welcome and assist customers in the showroom or via digital platforms.
  • Identify customer needs and preferences to suggest suitable vehicle options.
  • Provide product demonstrations and respond to customer queries effectively.

2. Vehicle Sales:

  • Present vehicle models, features, and optional equipment clearly.
  • Arrange and supervise test drives for prospective buyers.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process — from inquiry to delivery.

3. Negotiation & Sales Closure:

  • Negotiate prices and financing options to finalize deals.
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved through proactive engagement and upselling.

4. Documentation & Administration:

  • Prepare and process sales contracts, invoices, and lease agreements.
  • Coordinate with the finance and registration teams for timely vehicle delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

5. Follow-Up & Relationship Management:

  • Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and past customers.
  • Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Handle post-sale queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Comprehensive understanding of vehicle models, features, specifications, and market trends.

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Ability to identify opportunities, analyze sales trends, and implement promotional strategies.

  • Address customer concerns effectively to ensure smooth sales operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
