Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new customers for vehicle loan products in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
• Conduct field visits, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into sales.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit regular reports to the Sales Manager.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and market trends to suggest strategic improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in NBFC/Vehicle Finance industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field operations effectively.
• Good knowledge of the local geography and customer behavior.
• Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduate (any stream).
