Key Responsibilities: Analyse the current market to identify growth opportunities for existing products. Study the range of products offered and evaluate how they cater to various customer segments. Organize product demonstrations and tasting events to showcase the value and quality of offerings. Provide training sessions to staff, partners, or customers to enhance their understanding of the products. Develop and maintain a steady flow of potential and existing customers to ensure consistent business growth. Track customer leads, follow-ups, and conversions to sustain the sales pipeline. Prepare weekly, monthly reports and other reports as prescribed by line manager. Ensure that sufficient inventory or product availability is maintained to meet customer demands. Collaborate with distributor to place primary orders to avoid stockouts or delays.
