Role & responsibilities : Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, NoBrokerHood, HubSpot) and MS Office. Fluency in English and Kannada is preferred. (Conversational Hindi is desirable) Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-oriented mindset. Revenue driven, Hungry for sales closures Pleasing/pleasant personality Sales Collateral & Coordination: Ensure that brochures, presentations, project details, and other sales tools are up-to-date. Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign support and promotional events. Convert leads into sales/revenue Site Office & Event Support: Be present at the sales lounge/site office to assist in customer walk-ins, launch events, and open house days. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all customer touchpoints.
