Sales Executive (Jewelry Sales)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Calicut. The ideal candidate will have experience in jewellery sales, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery products.
• Explain product features, designs, and pricing with confidence and accuracy.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery.
• Ensure visual merchandising and cleanliness of the showroom.
• Process billing and manage customer transactions efficiently.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Develop and maintain lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in jewellery showroom sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to work in a dynamic retail environment.
