Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a minimum of 5 years in the jewellery or retail industry. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, excellent sales skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide guidance in selecting jewellery pieces
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain showroom display and stock arrangement
• Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business
• Stay updated with current jewellery trends and designs

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in jewellery or retail sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery designs
• Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets
• Basic computer skills for billing & inventory management
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance
