Sales Executive

As a Sales Consultant at Jasper Industries, your primary responsibility will be to sell new vehicles in order to meet Volume and Customer Satisfaction targets. You will assist customers in identifying their vehicle requirements and completing necessary financing documentation. Your goal is to cultivate customer loyalty and enhance Customer Satisfaction levels through your professionalism, trustworthiness, sincerity, positive demeanor, and professional appearance during all customer interactions. You should hold a Graduate (Technical / Non-Technical) / MBA / Diploma qualification, with additional Sales and Marketing credentials being advantageous. Prior experience in Marketing or Sales, particularly in a counter or door-to-door capacity, is preferred. Experience in the automobile industry and possession of a two-wheeler driving license are desirable qualifications. The compensation for this role ranges from a minimum of 1.5 lacs to a maximum of 2.5 lacs. Jasper Industries seeks candidates with a background in the automobile industry, specifically in Vehicle Sales, although freshers are also encouraged to apply. Key skills that are essential for this role include effective problem-solving abilities, adaptability, multitasking proficiency, empathy towards customers, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), a collaborative approach towards colleagues and management, and aptitude for negotiation and retail-level selling. Requirements for this position include a minimum of a Graduation degree and possession of a two-wheeler. The salary for this role ranges from 12k to 15k per month.
