Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive student enrollments and contribute to revenue growth by effectively promoting our educational programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective students and parents. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, follow-up calls, walk-ins, referrals, and other outreach methods. Engage with potential students and parents to understand their needs and promote appropriate educational programs. Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions by guiding prospects through the entire sales process. Maintain and update lead data, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system. Support marketing efforts by participating in campaigns, events, webinars, and school visits. Represent the institution at education fairs and promotional events to increase brand visibility and attract students. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth post-enrollment process. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets.
