• Research and identify potential clients in the cybersecurity domain using various tools and platforms.
• Assist in lead generation and client outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other social media.
• Support sales teams by preparing sales collateral, proposals, presentations, and responding to inquiries.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product demos and pre-sales solution explanations.
• Maintain and update CRM systems for managing client information and sales opportunities.
• Track sales activities and performance metrics, contribute data for analysis and strategy adjustment.
• Stay informed on cybersecurity industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging challenges.
• Participate in client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship-building efforts to support sales growth.
• Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and refining sales tactics.
• Engage in continual learning and training to understand cybersecurity products and sales techniques.
