Job Summary

The Plank, a leading interior design and architectural firm in Chennai, is hiring Sales Executives (male & female) to promote our interior and architecture services to residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable design solutions.
• Manage and nurture client relationships for long-term engagement.
• Collaborate with real estate brokers and industry partners for lead generation.
• Meet sales targets through client acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Maintain follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Skills & Qualities

• Strong sales and convincing skills with a client-first approach.
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and flexible with work timings.
• Ability to manage accounts and build lasting client relationships.
• Familiarity with the real estate ecosystem (brokers, developers, etc.) is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Any degree candidates may apply (BE – Civil/Mechanical, B.Sc, MBA preferred).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with prior sales experience in any industry are welcome.
• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is preferred for non-sales graduates.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills are essential.
