Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers
• Explain products/services and close sales
• Maintain customer relationships and follow-ups
• Meet daily/weekly targets

Requirements:

• Spoken English is mandatory
• 0–2 years of experience in sales (freshers with good communication can apply)
• Basic computer knowledge
