Track and monitor order status, ensuring timely delivery to clients. Process sales orders and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill customer requirements. Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Provide regular updates to the sales team and management regarding sales activities. Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
