Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team in our team. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, handling sales inquiries, managing leads, converting them into sales and process the sales order. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
• Answer any questions about products and customization options, both in person and over the phone.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Sales Conversion:
• Reach out to potential customers through calls and follow-ups on leads to make sales.
• Promote special offers, personalized gifts, and services to boost sales.
• Handle customer concerns and close sales to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Lead Management:
• Follow up on incoming leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Keep track of customer information and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on all products and customization options to assist customers with their choices.
• Help customers personalize their gifts based on their preferences and needs.
• Sales Reporting:
• Report daily sales progress and customer interactions to the Sales Head.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
• Customer Relationship:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring order received to them, encouraging repeat business, google reviews and referrals.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Customer-focused and able to handle sales inquiries with enthusiasm.
• Basic computer skills - Laptop Mandatory
• Language skills - Hindi / Telugu / Kannada will be added advantage
• Language skills - Tamil Mandatory

• Friendly and approachable.
• Motivated to meet sales goals.
• Passionate about personalized gifts and customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
