Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Answer any questions about products and customization options, both in person and over the phone. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience. Sales Conversion: Reach out to potential customers through calls and follow-ups on leads to make sales. Promote special offers, personalized gifts, and services to boost sales. Handle customer concerns and close sales to meet daily and monthly targets. Lead Management: Follow up on incoming leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Keep track of customer information and sales progress in the CRM system. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all products and customization options to assist customers with their choices. Help customers personalize their gifts based on their preferences and needs. Sales Reporting: Report daily sales progress and customer interactions to the Sales Head. Maintain accurate records of all transactions. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring order received to them, encouraging repeat business, google reviews and referrals. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Skills: Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Customer-focused and able to handle sales inquiries with enthusiasm. Basic computer skills - Laptop Mandatory Language skills - Hindi / Telugu / Kannada will be added advantage Language skills - Tamil Mandatory Personality: Friendly and approachable. Motivated to meet sales goals. Passionate about personalized gifts and customer service.
