Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Holiday Residency, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have more than 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or service industry, with strong skills in client relationship management, lead generation and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents and individual customers.
• Handle inquiries, provide information about our services and convert leads into bookings.
• Work closely with the reservations and front office team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct sales visits, presentations and participate in promotional activities/events.
• Prepare regular sales reports and share market insights with management.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors, market trends and customer needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (hospitality/hotel sales experience is an added advantage).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Goal-oriented with proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
