About The Role

We are looking for a Sr. Sales Executive who can drive pharmaceutical product sales and alsohandle customer support responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong communicationskills (especially tele-calling), basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products, and experience usingGoogle Sheets for reporting and tracking. Candidates should be self-driven, target-oriented, andcomfortable working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote pharmaceutical products and
  

services.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Address customer queries, provide support, and ensure excellent service experience.
• Track and maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions in Google Sheets.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and performing basic data analysis.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or tele-calling, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare
  

industry.

• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel).
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
• Ability to manage customer support queries efficiently and with a solution-oriented approach.
  

Preferred

• Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales and customer support.
• Candidates based in South India.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
