Job Description

Key Responsibilities-

* Greet and Engage Customers: Welcome customers enthusiastically and initiate conversations to determine their furniture needs.

* Product Knowledge and Presentation: Effectively present and demonstrate furniture pieces to customers.

* Consultation and Solution Selling: Offer professional design and product advice, helping customers select pieces that best fit their space and lifestyle.

* Achieve Sales Targets: Strive to meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and metrics.

* Handle Inquiries and Issues: Address customer questions, concerns, and post-sale issues efficiently and professionally.

* Maintain Showroom Appearance: Ensure the sales floor and product displays are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.

* Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members, including delivery staff.

Qualifications :

* Minimum 1 year prior experience in retail or sales (furniture sales experience is a bonus).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* A positive, energetic, and professional attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
