Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales deals over the phone, and maintaining good customer relationships. You will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products/services. Understand customer needs and requirements to pitch suitable products. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client details using CRM software. Follow up on leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally. Provide information on promotions, offers, and new products. Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
