Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
· To help set up & Appoint New Distributor the entire distributor network for designated area
· To help lead a sales force that will comprise of ISR off payroll and Territory Sales In charge / Sales Officer/in the company Payroll
· To ensure that the sales volume and value generated on an on-going basis is as per the potential identified of that region.
· To be the administrative head of the TSIs in the region, and be their supervisor, coach, mentor and controller.
· To achieve annual sales and distribution targets
· To implement appropriate distribution strategies to maximise revenue growth through the stockiest
· Monitoring budget allocation and expenditures to bring in Administrative controls in terms of T&E/ S&D and Promotion.
· Sales forecasting.
· Control damages and maintaining stock hygiene at RD/ RS/ Retail levels
· To ensure Stockist infrastructure and investment in line with business plans
· To execute BTL activities as per defined expectation and within approved budgets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
