Job Description

Greetings from FRONTIZA SERVICES LTD,

We are currently hiring Sales Associates in our organization.

Responsibilities:

Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts for selling Insurance , Mutual Fund , Broking and many other Investment Products
Identify and approach potential clients.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels.
Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Explain policy features, terms, and benefits clearly.
Monitor market trends and competitor products.
Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and transactions.
Prepare regular sales reports and meet monthly/quarterly targets.

Qualifications

2-5 years' experience in Sales.
Commerce Graduates are only welcome.
Demonstrate ability to influence able track record of over-achieving quota.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Fresh Graduates with a knack in Marketing & Sales are also welcome.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
