Title: Sales Executive Fresher (Medical Products) ­­­Location: Coimbatore Position Summary B-Arm Medical Technologies Pvt Ltd, Coimbatore is looking for bright, result oriented candidates for the position of Sales Executive Fresher. Responsibilities and Duties: Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research.Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services. Manage. review and promote the services of the company. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities To tour and generate leads in assigned areas / territory. Customer care related objectives to be handled. Document and share lead/customer intelligence with sales team. Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through with leads and current customers Answering client queries about product specifications and uses. Promote specific products as directed by upper management Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review. Key Skills and Competencies: Perfect customer service skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Sales-driven, results-driven and target-driven attitude. Negotiation skills. Proven track record in marketing & sales environment. Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s / Master’s degree Experience: Fresher.
