Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a desire to build a career in marketing and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell FMCG products within the assigned area (Ahmedabad and nearby regions).
• Identify and approach potential customers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors.
• Conduct field visits for product promotion and customer engagement.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payments.
• Support marketing campaigns, sampling drives, and in-store promotional activities.
• Gather market feedback, track competitor activities, and share insights with the team.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in sales/marketing.
• Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally/within city limits.
• Knowledge of the Ahmedabad market will be an added advantage.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel or mobile CRM applications.
