Position Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Executive who can help accelerate our growth by actively sourcing leads, qualifying prospects, participating in discovery and sales calls, and helping convert interest into business opportunities. This is a high-impact role for someone looking to be at the frontline of the Gen AI revolution.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactively research, identify, and source potential leads using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, or other CRM/sales platforms

  • Qualify leads through structured outreach (email, LinkedIn etc.) and initial engagement

  • Conduct or assist in sales discovery calls to understand client needs and articulate relevant AI solutions

  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies and develop compelling sales material

  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline status

  • Schedule demos, client meetings, and assist with proposal or pitch deck creation as needed

  • Stay updated on Gen AI trends, Fluid AI’s products, and customer pain points to become an effective brand ambassador

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs related to qualified leads and sales conversions


Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

  • A creative thinker with a good eye for design and messaging.

  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Mailchimp, WordPress, SEO basics).

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies is a strong plus.
