Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team for field sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting clients, generating leads, pitching products/services, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to prospective and existing customers
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits
• Promote and sell company products/services to customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Proven experience in field sales is a plus
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and handle field pressure
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)

Salary: ₹2,00,000 - 2,50,000 per Year
