Job Description

Sales Executive (Female)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle daily
inbound leads
from Naukri, WhatsApp, social media, and calls
Call candidates and
explain job opportunities
available in the UK, Germany, Japan, UAE, USA, and other countries
Understand candidate profiles and
match them with suitable job openings
Clearly explain the
process, documentation, timelines, and charges (if any)
Follow up with interested candidates and
close leads
Maintain lead data and updates in Excel / CRM
Coordinate with the HR and operations team for interviews and offers

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Female candidate preferred
1-3 years of experience in
sales, telecalling, counselling, or recruitment
Excellent
communication skills
in English (Hindi/other languages a plus)
Comfortable with
calling targets and follow-ups
Ability to persuade, counsel, and close candidates
Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
Experience in
overseas recruitment, education counselling, or immigration
is an advantage
