Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and dynamic Female Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong customer relationships, and a passion for achieving sales targets. This role involves handling client inquiries, explaining services/products, and closing sales effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound sales calls
• Explain company services/products to customers clearly
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain follow-up with clients through calls, emails, and messages
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain records in CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle pressure and target-based environment
• Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Hindi & English
