Sales executive

As a Jewelry Manager, you will oversee daily store operations with a focus on managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. Your role will involve implementing sales strategies and marketing activities to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels, resolving customer issues, controlling budgets, ensuring visual appeal, and liaising with suppliers for a seamless operation. Strong leadership, communication, customer service skills, and in-depth knowledge of jewelry trends and the jewelry business are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales, meet and exceed sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the store - Supervise, train, and lead a team of sales associates to ensure high standards of customer service and performance - Provide excellent customer service, manage customer relationships, and handle complaints and issues promptly - Oversee inventory management, maintain stock levels, and ensure efficient stock control - Manage daily operations of the showroom, maintain its cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal, and ensure compliance with brand standards - Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to boost sales and ensure effective merchandising and jewelry collection curation - Manage budgets, control expenses, and prepare financial reports Qualifications: - Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff, and effectively communicate with customers and upper management - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle diverse customer needs - Thorough knowledge of jewelry trends, different metals, gemstones, and styles is a significant advantage - Expertise in sales techniques and the ability to implement effective sales and marketing strategies - Excellent organizational, management, and administrative skills to manage store operations efficiently - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle various situations effectively Please note that the job type for this position is full-time, and proficiency in English is preferred.
