Sales Executive Ethnic Foods (Export Market)

As a Sales Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global sales operations by coordinating export sales for Indian, Asian, African, and Middle Eastern food products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth communication between customers, logistics teams, and management in order to facilitate successful transactions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate export sales orders from inquiry to shipment. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with international distributors and clients. - Prepare sales quotes, proforma invoices, and shipping documentation. - Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure on-time delivery. - Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management. - Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities in the ethnic foods market. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales of ethnic or food products. - Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (written & spoken). - Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills. - Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. - Familiarity with export documentation and INCOTERMS preferred.
