Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Noida Sector 3
Experience Required: Minimum 4+ Years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on Experience & Skills)
Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other channels.
• Understand client financial goals and offer tailored investment and wealth management solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and regular follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Maintain records of sales activity, client interactions, and feedback in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the internal team to improve product offerings and client experience.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, wealth management, or insurance.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
