Business to Business Sales and Marketing ( B2B)
1.Identifying new sales opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
2.Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market conditions to provide strategic input on sales and marketing initiatives.
4.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and sales contracts.
5.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
6.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
7.Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.
