Job Title: Sales Executive (Female Only) Company: Design Collection Location: Indore, India Job Description: Design Collection is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Indore. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service. This position is open exclusively to female candidates with prior sales experience. Key Responsibilities: Sales Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continually seeking opportunities to expand the customer base. Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and preferences, offering personalized product recommendations, and addressing any concerns or queries promptly and professionally. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Design Collection's product offerings, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Effectively communicate product information to customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and market penetration. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales transactions, and pipeline management. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales activities, share best practices, and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or fashion industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
