Position Overview

We are looking for experienced and dynamic sales professionals for our International Debt Settlement Process. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in international voice-based sales, excellent communication abilities, and a strong customer-focused mindset. This role involves interacting with international customers (primarily US-based) to offer debt settlement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound/inbound international voice calls for debt settlement services.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate financial/debt-related solutions.
• Drive conversions by explaining product benefits and negotiating effectively.
• Perform upselling, cross-selling, and lead generation where applicable.
• Maintain accurate call logs, CRM records, and follow-up details.
• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and process guidelines.

Eligibility CriteriaExperience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice sales process (mandatory).
• Candidates with US campaign experience will be preferred.
• International voice customer support candidates with upselling, cross-selling, or lead generation experience are also eligible.

Education

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.

Age Limit

• Below 35 years

Location Criteria

• Candidates must reside within a 30 km radius of the company (Gurgaon/Noida).

Skills Required

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong sales aptitude and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide solutions.
• Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated.
• No restriction on mother tongue; only English communication required.

Salary & Benefits

• Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹45,000 CTC
• Freshers: Up to ₹30,000 CTC (only for international process openings)
• Uncapped performance-based incentives
• Transport:
• Both-side cab within 30 km radius
• OR cab allowance of ₹3,000 – ₹4,000 (based on distance)
• 5.5 days working per week

Additional Information

• Only international process roles are currently open for Gurgaon and Noida.
• Strong preference for candidates with proven international voice sales background.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
