Job Summary:

The Sales Executive at Damro Furniture is responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting Damro’s furniture range. The role involves understanding customer needs, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Revenue Generation:
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for furniture products (sofas, beds, dining sets, etc.).
• Actively approach walk-in customers, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
• Upsell/cross-sell products and promote promotional campaigns.
• Customer Service:
• Provide expert advice on product features, materials, and pricing.
• Assist customers in selecting furniture based on their needs and preferences.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
• Store Operations:
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are well-presented.
• Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately.
• Coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
• Market Intelligence:
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and customer trends.
• Share feedback with management to improve offerings.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain sales records and update CRM systems.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 1+ years in retail sales (furniture/home décor preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-centric approach with persuasive abilities.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Knowledge of furniture materials (wood, upholstery) is a plus.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable.

Working Conditions:

• Job Type: Full-time (may include weekends/public holidays).
• Environment: Showroom-based with occasional outdoor customer visits.
