Job Description

The Sales Executive will be the first point of contact for customers walking into the showroom or enquiring online. You will understand their requirements, educate them about our offerings, coordinate with designers, and guide them through the sales funnel from interest to final booking.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet walk-in and online leads, understand their needs, and explain CustomFurnish offerings clearly and confidently.
Maintain a deep understanding of product features, finishes, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Build trust with customers by showcasing our
factory-made quality
, and in-house execution capabilities.
Work closely with design and technical teams to ensure customers get accurate quotations and solutions.
Conduct showroom tours, product demonstrations, and handle customer queries effectively.
Follow up with potential leads through phone, WhatsApp, or email and drive them toward closure.
Maintain records of leads, conversions, and customer preferences using CRM tools.
Represent the brand with professionalism and ensure a premium customer experience at all times.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline); background in interior design or architecture is a plus.
1–3 years of sales experience in interior design, real estate, furniture, or luxury products.
Strong communication and presentation skills (Hindi, English; local language a plus).
Customer-first attitude with high energy, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Ability to understand design, measurements, and basic technical terms (training will be provided).
Proficient with WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets; familiarity with CRMs like Zoho is a bonus.
