Sales Executive cum Telecaller

As a Sales Executive cum Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to develop marketing campaigns aimed at engaging clients and attracting business sponsors. You will be utilizing various marketing tactics such as website content optimizations, advertisements, public relations, and social media to reach your targets. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating promotional programs like contests and giveaways to enhance engagement levels. It is crucial for you to stay updated on the latest trends and methods in the sports industry to improve fan experiences and capture the attention of potential sponsors and partners. Negotiating contracts with strategic sponsors will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will be expected to identify and pursue innovative marketing and advertising opportunities that align with industry trends. In this position, you should be prepared to make 80 to 90 calls per day to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in marketing or sports management, as well as the ability to effectively use analytics software. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi communication is essential for successful interactions with clients and sponsors. The educational requirements for this role include a Graduate or Post Graduate degree, preferably with an MBA in Marketing.
