Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated male salesperson to join our team on a commission-based role. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong desire to achieve sales targets, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote company products/services.
• Generate new leads through field visits, phone calls, and networking.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain records of sales, leads, and customer feedback.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Report sales performance and market feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

• Male candidate preferred.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
• Prior experience in sales or marketing will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and confident personality.
• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
