Position- Sales Executive

Department- Marketing

Gender- Male / Female

Experience- 2 - 6 Years

Education- Any Graduate

Industry- Real Estate

Location- Hadapsar Pune / Kothrud

Roles and Responsibilities:

Generate leads through online and offline marketing efforts, referrals, and real estate

networks

Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate project information
Conduct site visits and showcase project features and benefits
Understand customer needs and provide suitable property solutions
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and convert them into buyers
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and handle initial paperwork
Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by the management
Keep updated records of customer interactions in CRM tools
Coordinate with back-office and legal teams for documentation and post-sales processes
Engage with potential customers and understand their property requirements.
Conduct site visits and provide detailed information on projects.
Generate leads through various marketing channels and follow up consistently.
Maintain customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
Achieve sales targets as set by the management.
Prepare and present sales reports regularly.
