Job Title: Sales Executive Company: Ocman Realty Location: Wakad, Pune Salary: ₹2-3LPA (Fixed + Incentives) Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Real Estate Job Summary: Ocman Realty is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our growing team in Wakad, Pune. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships. You will be responsible for driving sales, guiding clients through the buying process, and helping them find the perfect property. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for potential buyers and investors Understand client needs and suggest suitable real estate options Conduct site visits and property showings Follow up with leads and close deals efficiently Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate leads Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory) 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is a plus Must be willing to work on weekends and travel for site visits
