Key Responsibilities:

Research, identify and reach out to potential clients (cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, retail channels, etc.) to introduce Caffena Coffee's products and services.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure ongoing business and customer satisfaction.

Represent Caffena Coffee at industry events, trade shows, and other relevant events.

Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in the coffee industry.

Basic knowledge about coffee & the coffee industry as a whole is necessary.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Knowledge of the local coffee industry and the market is an asset

Fluency in English and Hindi is required.

Must know how to use tools like MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets and Google Docs
