Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Bhoomi Homez. You will be responsible for converting leads into customers, arranging site visits, and providing excellent client service throughout the sales process. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the real estate sector with a company focused on selling premium plots. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential clients via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. Explain project details, pricing, and benefits of property investment. Schedule and conduct site visits to showcase properties. Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management. Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business. Skills & Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills. Strong ability to understand client needs and offer customized solutions. Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented mindset. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Prior experience in real estate sales will be an added advantage.
