Experience: 0–3 years in sales or telecalling (preferably in manufacturing or industrial sector)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and confident Sales Executive to join our CNC manufacturing company. Your main job will be to call potential customers, tell them about our CNC machining services, and help generate business for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make phone calls to companies who may need CNC machining services.
• Talk to them about what we offer (like turning, milling, and custom part manufacturing).
• Understand what the customer needs and share that with our technical team.
• Help in preparing and sending quotes to customers.
• Keep track of calls, leads, and follow-ups using simple software or Excel.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers.
• Work with the sales team to help close deals.
• Meet daily and monthly calling and lead targets.

Requirements:

• 12th pass or Graduate (technical background is a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or telecalling (experience in industrial sales is an advantage).
• Basic knowledge of CNC machines is helpful but not required.
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, etc.).
• Motivated and willing to learn.
