Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager – Real Estate

Location: Mohali/Kharar, Punjab
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week

Cascade Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing real estate company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives / Assistant Sales Managers with real estate experience to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through calls, references, and other channels.
• Conduct client meetings, explain project details, and arrange site visits.
• Convert leads into successful closures by effective follow-up and negotiation.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
• Maintain accurate sales data and provide timely reports to management.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (mandatory).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
