Sales & Marketing Executive – Bangalore | 1–5 Years | B2B | Industrial Automation
We are looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our sales team in the industrial automation & secondary packaging domain.
Responsibilities:
· Drive B2B sales for secondary packaging solutions in the industrial automation sector
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, visits, and networking
· Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term growth
· Achieve sales targets and report regularly on market trends and customer feedback
· Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute sales strategies
· Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads and stay updated
Requirements:
· 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial automation machinery
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to extensive travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
