What You'll Be Doing

This role is centered on aggressive sales growth, strong relationship management, and market expertise.

• Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within the real estate market.
• Broker Relations: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with B2B brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
• Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process—from initial lead generation and conducting property site visits to delivering compelling presentations and securing deal closures.
• Client Management: Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed on property rates, competitor activities, and industry trends.

• Experience is Key: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial).
