Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Market Development Executive to join our advertising sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the advertising landscape and a proven ability to drive sales. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, managing relationships, and ensuring that our advertising solutions meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, visit and target potential clients, including small businesses, corporations, and agencies.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our advertising solutions.
  • Develop customized advertising proposals that align with client objectives.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, media) to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
  • Strong understanding of advertising products and services, including digital, print, and broadcast media.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with advertising agencies or media houses.
  • Prior experience as a sales role is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
