Biitcode is urgently hiring Sales Executive – Agriculture & Genset Segment for our reputed client in the power solutions and equipment industry, located in the southern region of India. We are looking for dynamic candidates for the position of Sales Executive across three states: Telangana, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh. Position: Sales Executive – Agriculture & Genset Segment Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, Age: 25 to 40 years Gender: Male (preferred) Requisites: · Education: BA / B.Sc. / B.Com / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Agriculture (preferred) · Minimum 2 to 5 years of field sales experience (preferably in the agriculture/tractor/genset industry) · Strong understanding of the agriculture equipment or similar industry. · Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a customer-first attitude, leadership, and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in regional languages (Telugu/Malayalam) is a plus. · Willingness to travel extensively within the region. Responsibilities: · Promote and sell agriculture equipment and portable gensets in the assigned territory. · Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through field visits and product demonstrations. · Build and maintain strong customer relationships. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Report market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to the management. · Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and after-sales support.
