POSITION 1: MUTUAL FUND & INVESTMENT SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Lucknow (Field-based)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Job Type: Full-time / Consultant (Initial Phase)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Acquire new SIP and investment clients
• Sell Mutual Funds, SIPs, FD, Bonds & Fixed Income products
• Achieve monthly SIP amount and SIP count targets
• Maintain client relationships and regular follow-ups
• Daily and weekly sales reporting
• Ensure compliance and ethical selling

MONTHLY TARGETS

• SIP Amount: ₹2–4 lakh
• SIP Count: 25–40 SIPs
• New Clients: 8–12

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–3 years experience in Mutual Fund / wealth sales
• AMFI certification preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Local market knowledge

POSITION 2: LIFE & HEALTH INSURANCE SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Lucknow (Field-based)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Job Type: Full-time / Consultant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell life and health insurance policies
• Conduct client need analysis and recommend suitable plans
• Achieve monthly premium targets
• Handle renewals and after-sales servicing
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance

MONTHLY TARGETS

• Premium: ₹1–1.8 lakh
• Policies: 6–10

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–3 years experience in insurance sales
• IRDA certification preferred
• Strong customer handling skills
• Honest and ethical selling mindset
