Key Responsibilities
Conduct Zoom calls with qualified leads to understand their needsPresent and pitch our services in a persuasive and client-focused mannerBuild strong rapport and trust with potential clientsFollow up persistently with leads needing further nurturingOvercome objections and negotiate to close dealsAccurately log all activities (calls, deals, revenue) in Google SheetsMaintain up-to-date client records in the CRMCollaborate with the team to improve strategies and processesReview call recordings daily to refine pitch and approach

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Maintain a 15%–20% closing rate from qualified leadsDeliver consistent performance on monthly and quarterly sales targetsEnsure daily CRM updates with clear and accurate communication logsSubmit daily and weekly performance reports
