Job Description

The Accessories Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, demonstrating, and selling accessories to customers while ensuring excellent customer service and achieving sales targets. The role involves product knowledge, merchandising, customer engagement, and maintaining strong relationships with retail clients or end customers.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Target Achievement

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for accessories.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the retail floor or dealer network.
  • Actively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable accessories.

2. Customer Service & Interaction

  • Provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and compatibility.
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and product comparisons.
  • Support customers in making informed purchase decisions.

3. Product Display & Merchandising

  • Maintain proper display, arrangement, and visibility of accessories.
  • Ensure stock levels are adequate and request replenishment when needed.
  • Check pricing labels, packaging, and product condition regularly.

4. Sales Execution & Process Management

  • Generate bills/invoices and ensure accurate order processing.
  • Maintain records of sales, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Support in-store promotions, product launches, and marketing activities.

5. Market & Competitor Awareness

  • Track competitor products, pricing, promotions, and trends.
  • Provide feedback to management for improving sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience; experience in accessories (electronics, mobile, automotive, fashion, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to explain technical details simply.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and selling skills.
  • Basic computer skills (billing systems, MS Excel, POS systems).
